Chicken Parmesan

A lazy dinner can be healthy and it can be delicious! The cook time on this recipe is about 45 minutes, so I wouldn't call this fast, but it sure is easy and it's a pretty cheap meal, so I just had to share.
Pair this chicken with a fresh green salad, high-protein noodles, or just some sautéed broccoli.

Chicken Parmesan
Serves 4
Calories: 346, Protein: 33.5g, Fat: 19g, Carbs: 9g
Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
1/2 (12 ounces) jar marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 375°F.
2) Layer in a rimmed glass baking dish the chicken breasts. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
3) Bake 30 minutes.
4) Top with cheeses, bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked, 165°F internal temperature read with meat thermometer.
5) Enjoy with your favorite veggies!
