A lazy dinner can be healthy and it can be delicious! The cook time on this recipe is about 45 minutes, so I wouldn't call this fast, but it sure is easy and it's a pretty cheap meal, so I just had to share. Pair this chicken with a fresh green salad, gluten-free noodles, or just some fresh cut veggies and fruit.
3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 (12 ounces) jar marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1) Preheat oven to 375*F.
2) Layer in a glass baking dish the chicken breasts. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
3) Bake 30 minutes.
4) Top with cheeses, bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.
5) Enjoy with salad and/or noodles.
