The Strong After Baby training program bridges the gap between core rehab and lifting weights to help you lose fat and gain muscle in a way that protects and strengthens your core.

When your doctor gives you the green light to workout after pregnancy, it's confusing where to start.

Most women are eager to lose the baby weight and feel confident again after pregnancy.

Postpartum may come with diastasis recti, prolapse or leaking, and most fitness programs are NOT designed to support you through those challenges.

Rebuild a stronger, leaner body as a mom one step at a time. 

Program Overview:

  • The online training program begins with your needs: core rehab, strength training or both!  

    • Core Rehab - 4 weeks to learn and discover how to address your core issues with breath, posture, and safe resistance building to be more functional in your workouts and every day life as a mom.

    • Strength - 8 weeks to gain confidence lifting weights with proper form and technique. Lose fat and build muscle for a more toned and lean body. 

    • PLUS one on one support with nutrition, exercise form, diastasis, prolapse or leaking issues, and more!

Common Questions

Q: I don't have a lot of extra time for myself, how much time is required each week? 

A: Limited time is the number one struggle moms everywhere have in common. And that's exactly why this program has been designed the way it is! 

I ask my clients to commit to 10 minutes per workout; if you are able to do more than 10 minutes, great! If you can only do 10 minutes, that's ok too! The workouts are simple and effective enough that they don't require very much time at all.

Q: What if I am doing another fitness program, can I still do this one?

A: In my opinion, every postpartum mom should go through a postpartum-specific training program to ensure her core is ready for further exercise. 

The core rehab you will receive in this program will set you up to be a better runner, CrossFitter, weight lifter, or Zumba class participant.

This program will set you up to make whatever program that comes next that much more effective! 


Q: What equipment is required for the workouts?

A: I highly suggest one pair of dumbbells or a light to medium weight resistance band to get started.

If you don't have access to equipment, household items like cans, water bottles or milk jugs can do the trick! 


Q: My family and I are picky eaters, will I need to cook specialty foods that I may not like? 

A: Not at all!

Your healthy eating journey is yours. You will go at your own pace, eating the foods you currently enjoy.

There is no pressure from me to eat certain foods or avoid certain foods, you will only be encouraged to make progress. 


Q: What if I can't pay in full today? 

A: That's ok! I want this to be as affordable for you as possible.

A: It is very important to me that you come into this program committed to this journey, to show up for yourself and to implement the steps to the best of your ability.
