The Strong After Baby Core Rehab & Strength programs are the perfect starting place to safely begin your fitness journey postpartum.

Life after pregnancy comes with challenges like diastasis recti, prolapse or leaking, and most fitness programs are NOT designed to support you through those challenges.

The Core Rehab program will help you understand your postpartum core better and help you create a more functional body with less core and pelvic floor issues.

The Strength program is a total body workout program designed to help you rebuild muscle lost during pregnancy and 
create a stronger, more toned body you can feel proud of.

Common Questions

Q: I don't have a lot of extra time for myself, how much time is required each week? 

A: Limited time is the number one struggle moms everywhere have in common. And that's exactly why this program has been designed the way it is! 

I ask my clients to commit to 10 minutes per workout; if you are able to do more than 10 minutes, great! If you can only do 10 minutes, that's ok too! The workouts are simple and effective enough that they don't require very much time at all.

Q: What if I am doing another fitness program, can I still do this one?

A: In my opinion, every postpartum mom should go through a postpartum-specific training program to ensure her core is ready for further exercise. 

The core rehab you will receive in this program will set you up to be a better runner, CrossFitter, weight lifter, or Zumba class participant.

This program will set you up to make whatever program that comes next that much more effective! 


Q: What equipment is required for the workouts?

A: I highly suggest one pair of dumbbells or a light to medium weight resistance band to get started.

If you don't have access to equipment, household items like cans, water bottles or milk jugs can do the trick! 


Q: My family and I are picky eaters, will I need to cook specialty foods that I may not like? 

A: Not at all!

Your healthy eating journey is yours. You will go at your own pace, eating the foods you currently enjoy.

There is no pressure from me to eat certain foods or avoid certain foods, you will only be encouraged to make progress. 


Q: What if I decide this program isn't right for me after enrolling? 

A: It is very important to me that you come into this program committed to this journey, to show up for yourself and to implement the steps to the best of your ability.

If you find this program isn't right for you after enrolling you can receive a full refund within 14 days of enrolling and completing at least one live coaching call with me.

My personal results after baby number 3.

Pregnancy was hard on me those last few months.

I was hardly able to walk, I lost a tremendous amount of muscle, and felt completely lost in my body.

After pregnancy I was able to rehab my core to heal my 3 finger diastasis (abdominal gap) and first degree prolapse.

Once I gained control and function over my core I could move on with my fitness goals and lift weights to improve my body composition.

Not only do I feel better in my body as a mom, but I can do more than I ever thought possible after 3 full term pregnancies.
