Save this recipe for a busy weeknight, it won’t disappoint!
Choose any pasta noodle you like - gluten-free, high protein or whatever option fits your family best. I used rotini, but any shape will work.

Taco Pasta
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey (can also sub ground beef)
1/2 onion, diced
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
8 oz tomato sauce or salsa (whatever you have available)
1 cup chicken broth
10 oz high-protein pasta
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1) In a large skillet, brown the meat over medium-high heat. Add diced onion midway through meat browning.
2) Season with salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin.
3) Add to the meat the tomato sauce, broth and pasta. Bring to a boil.
4) Reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked to al dente.
5) Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the shredded cheese.
