I'm Chrissy, and this is my crew!
Before I am a personal trainer, I am a mom. I enjoy playing with my kids, going on walks, and spending as much time as I can outside - even better if it's on a lake.
After my first pregnancy, I rushed into exercise too quickly and started to experience things like leaking whenever I jumped; I noticed a gap between my abs that wasn't there before; and I felt weaker than I had prior to pregnancy.
I had no idea how to return to my usual exercise routine because no one told me how. So I rushed into exercise eager to get back in shape, and what resulted were core issues that held me back.
That experience is what caused me to become certified as a Postnatal Fitness Specialist and trained in corrective exercise. I want to help moms like you avoid the mistakes I made so you can get really strong after having babies. Mom life is much more enjoyable without limitations!
My mission here is to keep exercise and healthy eating simple, giving you exactly what you need without the noise of fads and trends that don't make sense for a busy mom.
