BBQ season is here! Not sure where you are, but here in Minnesota it has been perfect weather for being outside. I am soaking it up and getting back to grilling again has been so fun - well, my husband does the grilling which is maybe why I love it.
We recently grilled up some kabobs after a sister-in-law of mine mentioned how much she loved this steak marinade recipe that I shared with her a couple years ago.
It really is to die for. I could eat this meal all summer! Make sure to Pin it, share it, and let me know how much you love it - because I know you will!

Grilled Steak & Veggie Kabobs
Ingredients
Marinade:
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
2 limes, juiced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
8 oz mushrooms, washed and dried
1 bell pepper, seeded and cut into large squares
1/2 red onion, sliced into large squares
(add more veggies if you'd like; zucchini, yellow squash or grape tomatoes)
Directions
1) Add the marinade ingredients to a large plastic bag. Add the cut steak and veggies. Allow to marinate for 30-60 minutes, or overnight if you want.
2) Soak a few wooden skewers in water. Skewer on the steak and veggies; I like to put the steak on separate skewers than the veggies as cooking time might vary.
3) Grill skewers about 4-5 minutes per side, until steak and veggies reach desired doneness.
