Like you, I was eager to reclaim my body after pregnancy and rush back into exercise
After nine months of watching my body change, after delivery I was ready to find my new normal and get back to fitness!
Unfortunately, after my first pregnancy I rushed the process too quickly and began experiencing issues I had never dealt with before.
I leaked when I jumped and felt a new pressure down on my pelvic floor.
I didn't understand why or what to do about it! All I knew is that I didn't want to live my life unable to chase my kids without peeing my pants.
Knowing what I know now, I want to make sure you don't find yourself with similar problems that you'll have to correct later, so I'm giving you the tools I wish I had as a new mom.
Know the Three Phases of Postpartum
Phase 1: Rest
Allow your body to rest right after delivery and get to know your baby as your body begins to heal. This is the time to focus on sleep and learning your new role as a mom.
Phase 2: Rehab
Your core has been through some major changes and adjustments during pregnancy and delivery. There may be underlying conditions like diastasis recti, prolapse, or weakness you'll want to address before jumping into lifting weights or attending that kickboxing class.
Learn how to manage your core pressure better with a FREE challenge I put together just for you!
This is the information I wish I had when I became a mom.
Over the course of 5 days you'll learn the basics of better breathing, posture and how to manage pressure so that you can make sure your core and pelvic floor can heal and get strong.

And last but not least...
Phase 3: Rebuild
This is where I thought I could start when the doctor told me at 6 weeks that I could begin exercising again, but I hadn't taken the time to understand what my core needed as I recovered - but you will!
Once you have a handle of managing your core pressure properly and you have the thumbs up from your doctor, you can begin to make progress with your fitness!
