Greek yogurt is a great option and can be made into all kinds of creations, this being one of them.
When buying Greek yogurt go for full-fat, or whole milk, plain yogurt. You can flavor it up yourself later which will allow you to be in control of the sugar content.
Banana Walnut Yogurt Parfait
Per serving: Calories = 312, Protein = 23g, Carbs = 18g, Fat = 17g
1 cup full-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/8 cup chopped walnuts
1/8 cup chopped banana chips
1) Mix yogurt and syrup together in a bowl.
2) Top the yogurt with walnuts and banana chips.
