Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Bites

School is starting, and this year I get to lump myself into the moms who are sending their kids off to school - even if it is half-day preschool only 2 days a week...

Even if you're not sending a child off to school tomorrow, you'll want to keep this little snack recipe on hand for your toddlers and of course for you, mama! Grab-and-go is essential to any mom life and I've got you covered.

Add these to your food prep day and prepare yourself with a healthy snack that also feels like a little treat. It's packed with healthy fats and a little punch of protein from my favorite protein powder:

Try these out, and invite your littles to help you roll them into ball shapes, they'll love helping out in the kitchen!

Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Bites


3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract


1) Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated. You can also use a food processor to mix the dough together.

2) Roll about 2 Tbsp of the dough into a ball shape.

3) Store in the refrigerator.
