Chocolate Pecan Fudge with Sea Salt
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup creamy nut butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Sea salt
Directions
1) Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Layer the chopped nuts on the bottom of the pan.
2) Add coconut oil, nut butter, cacao powder and maple syrup to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat to melt and combine. Once ingredients are smooth, remove from heat and pour in the loaf pan over the pecans.
3) Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for 2+ hours. Lift fudge out of the pan and slice into small squares. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
