Berry & Greens Protein Smoothie

I love a quick smoothie for a snack or even for lunch on a busy day. However, a lot of times smoothies can be a bit heavy on the fruit/sugar end and a bit low on the protein/fat end of things.

I've been trying out this protein powder for a while now and I think I can be on board with it! I like the ingredient list - no bad fats, no fake sugars, plus a ton of organic fiber sources and probiotics! All great for a healthy tummy.

Adding some protein to your smoothie will help to make it an all-in-one meal that is balanced and ready in minutes.


1 can full-fat coconut milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 handful fresh spinach

1 scoop protein powder

1 handful ice


1) Add all ingredients together into a blender.

2) Blend on high until smooth.
