Want a super easy, effortless meal?! This is it!
If you have a slow cooker, some chicken and a jar of bbq sauce then you're good to go!
When I buy any pre-made sauces or dressings I always have to look at the ingredient list. I look for things like bad oils, added sugar, and weird additives. I don't want those things in my food or in my body because they can cause inflammation, can wreck the health of my gut, and just don't support my goals of creating a strong body.
The good news is that there are a lot more options to pick from! One of my favorites is Stubbs. Some of their varieties have more sugar than others, but in general their ingredient lists are decent. You could also go with anything Primal Kitchen. They're a little more spendy, but you will absolutely know the ingredients and flavor are legit. ... I just said the word legit... I hate that word, but in this case it's true!
Check out some of these options for bbq sauce, you can't go wrong.
