Simple Protein-Packed Breakfast

Eggs for breakfast is an easy way to pack in the protein and nutrition. Add in some sausage links and you'll be full for hours!


1/2 Tbsp butter

2 eggs

2 sausage links


1) Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter

2) Crack the two eggs into the pan and allow to cook until the whites become mostly opaque

3) Carefully flip the eggs over and fry the other side until the yolk is done to your liking

4) Remove the eggs and either add the sausages to the skillet or warm the sausages in the microwave (check sausage package for directions)
