Smoothies can be an easy, fast meal, but they can also be full of sugar if we're not careful.
Use a smoothie to pack it with good stuff - protein, fat, some fruit and even some veggies!
1 can full-fat coconut milk
2 scoops protein powder of your choice
1 handful of greens like spinach
1 cup of ice
1 cup frozen berries (or any fruit you like)
1) Add all ingredients to a blender.
2) Blend on high until smooth.
