Do you have a little who picks apart every new recipe you try, inspecting it for the onions, mushrooms and whatever else they don't like?
I have littles like that, usually they give most things a try and end up liking the meal but not always. Picky eaters are hard to please! Recently I shared with my group coaching group a list of picky eater-friendly meals to help those moms feed their picky ones more protein and veggies throughout the day.
Veggies can be a challenge. One way to help your kids eat more veggies is to use sauces to sneak them in. Try this veggie packed sauce recipe the next time you make spaghetti, your picky ones won't even realize how many veggies they're eating!
